I let Doll go after capturing her and Penny after we struck a deal. I kept Penny and brainwashed her into being my loyal servant. Doll however opened her mouth and who better to retrieve her than her former friend? I may have reprogrammed Penny to absolutely hate her...I also may have over done it because she's a bit too brutal.
